Technical Writing & Content Strategy - R2 content updates
I led an in-product workflow workshop with the product manager, lead engineer, content marketer, and engineering manager with the goal of understanding the user's journey and identifying opportunities to improve the documentation.
After the interactive workshop, I collected all of the notes and findings to update the R2 documentation as the new content owner. While the documentation is now under a different owner and has grown since my initial updates, the most impactful change was making "Buckets" a top level item in the navigation instead of being buried under a "Data Access" label.
The Go-to-Market team shared the "Buckets" change alone resulted in an SEO boost that led to 18k more page views the month after the update went live.
