Content Strategy - Domain Model
Building upon the information in Designing Connected Content, I collaborated with a teammate to create the domain model for Cloudflare.
I specifically helped to identify the product type and the users consuming our content, which is what helped round out the model and connect the dots between user and products.
This exercise in turn helped develop the Customer Journey and the journey elements the Cloudflare Product Content Experience (PCX) team would address with content.
